When you have a thyroid condition like hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s Disease, it can make it hard for you to manage your weight. Not only that, there are a lot of fruits and vegetables that are really good for reducing the severity of your symptoms. When you juice, you are able to get enough fruits and veggies each day and have a healthy, low-fat juice to help with your weight management as well. Here are some different types of juicing recipes that are great for your thyroid.

This is a juice that is perfect for your thyroid condition and that can be enjoyed early in the morning. It is a simple juice with just four main ingredients. This includes a nice combination of fruits and vegetables that will be

good for you and your thyroid. To make the sunrise thyroid juice, you want to use 1-2 oranges, carrots, a lemon, and a red bell pepper. Make sure you wash the produce or chop it into pieces, leaving off any peel or skin. Add the produce to the juicer one at a time. You can add more citrus fruit if it still isn’t sweet enough for you.

Pomegranate and Spinach Smoothie

This isn’t a smoothie, but instead a smoothie that you can enjoy for your thyroid. If you want to turn it into a juice instead, simply use your juicer and leave out the avocado. However, if you can add in the avocado, you will get even more nutritious for your thyroid. As a smoothie, you want to remove the skin from your avocado and add the flesh to the blender, along with frozen blueberries, pomegranate seeds, spinach, and coconut water. You can use coconut milk if you want it a little creamier.

Seasonal Thyroid Juice

If it is currently the fall or winter season, this thyroid juice is perfect. It uses a blend of fruit and seasonings that are often found in the fall, and it will remind you of a fresh harvest. It uses fresh cranberries added to the juicer, which have a lot of antioxidants, perfect for your thyroid condition. You will also add in purified water, oranges, lemons, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to the juice.

Fruit and Vegetable Juice

This thyroid juice has a nice combination of fruits and veggies that are good for your thyroid. They include plenty of vitamin A and antioxidants for your thyroid condition. This is also good if you have hypothyroidism since it doesn’t contain any of the vegetables that you aren’t supposed to have. With this juice, you will combine an apple, celery, beet, carrot, pineapple chunks, and citrus of your choosing for added flavor.
